Philosophy

The person before
the pictures.

Scans show structures — they don't show pain, goals or lives. Dr Lijo begins every consultation by listening: what hurts, what it's stopping you from doing, and what getting better looks like for you. Only then do the images join the conversation.

That philosophy means surgery is recommended only when evidence and your goals support it. Many patients leave with a plan that doesn't involve an operation at all.
